My office got new flooring!

YEAH! 1 more room down, 2 more to go. Adam and Travis made a bet over their Fantasy Football teams and Adam thankfully won. His prize, 1 day of labor from Travis. So he came up and together they finished my office with the new flooring. It looks amazing! I can't wait to have our bedroom done next! Once I clean it I'll post a picture of how cute it is - right now it's just messy, but the floor looks amazing!!

SNUGGIES!

With the winter season upon us, we were worried about our kittys getting too cold. So we bought them SNUGGIES! :-D Their friend Henry also got a Snuggie! - All boy cats, in pink snuggies!

Charlie & Hamilton ALWAYS stick their tongue out! Usually they never hold it long enough for me to run and get the camera, but today Charlie did!





































Since I was showing off Charlie, I figured I'd post Hamilton in his Halloween costume!

We've *almost* finished the Kitchen & Living Room!

We're close to FINALLY finishing the 2 rooms! All that's left to do is put some of the moldings back on, touch up paint, and move furniture back in & around! Feels much better than the major constuction zone that is was. Tomorrow's goal is to tackle the rooms & hall.

Floor, Floor, Floor...

Ran into some problems, hopefully got them fixed. We're going on week 2 of our house a complete disaster- maybe this weekend we'll get the living room and kitchen back together? I hope!

Who's idea was this again...?

So we're just finishing week 1 of new flooring, and I think we're going to be doing this many more weeks. The only room we've got the new flooring in is the living room. Tearing out carpet was a breeze, tearing out tile - not so much. There's got to be an easier way.Yup, Adam is wearing my PINK garden gloves!

House Happenings

Since we've lived in our house there has always been something major going on. New house, painting everything possible that can be painted, new fixtures, A WEDDING, new windows... We finally cleaned and organized last weekend and finally felt a little more settled in. Then what do we do on Monday- tear out the carpet and part of the tile and start laying new flooring! So once again our house is a disaster! Everything that is supposed to belong in the living room is now in the dining room, what a mess. Adam has been working super hard and just tonight finished almost all of the living room (only the kitchen, hall, & 3 bedrooms to go)! It's going to be amazing once it is all done, but a long process working on little bits after we get off work. Check out what we've done: *the cats have been HUGE helps! :-)
